International Shipping Rates
To know the delivery time for your order, please note the availability of the item and shipping method chosen to calculate your total delivery time. The following formula will help :
(Availability) + (Shipping time) = Total shipping time
For example, most articles from our site are shipped within 48 hours. If you have chosen airmail then delivery time will be between 4 to 21 working days depending on where you live. This means that you should receive your order 2 days (availability) + 4 to 21 days (postage). Total time is therefore 6 to 23 days for your shipment to arrive from date of order.
Shipping times in general are as follows :
European countries : 4-7 working days.
United States and Canada : 7-14 working days.
Africa, Asia, Central and South America, Australia : 10-21 working days.
Customs information
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift", but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.
Our returns policy
Our returns policy is simple. Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment you may return for a full refund :
• Any unopened (still in its plastic wrap) CD, DVD, CD-Rom or VHS tape
• Any other item in new condition with original packaging and accessories
