Conditions of Electronic Map Use:

1. The Purchaser shall have the right to use electronic maps only internally;
2. Any publishing, copying and reproducing of either complete electronic maps or their segments in an electronic medium, including any installation in GPS car systems or centres for surveillance of third legal entities or physical persons is strictly forbidden;
3. The Purchaser shall not have any right to sell the electronic maps to physical persons or legal entities for the purpose of publishing or reproducing electronically, mechanically, photographically either in any media with reproducing capacities or in any form.

Electronic maps of the above towns will be delivered in an electronic medium (CD ROM) in selected format, and in default scales.
